Shipping Information

Packages are shipped in 1 - 2 working days. During our peak seasons, such as Christmas, packages may take 3 - 4 business days to ship. Once shipped, please allow up to 15 business days for Economy Shipping. For faster service, we offer Priority Mail Delivery (Standard Shipping 1 - 5 business days), Priority Mail Flat Rate Service (Expedited Shipping 1 to 3 Business Days) or Next Day Express Mail Delivery (1 Business Day) .

**Orders requesting Next Day  delivery must be received at Sharman's Sewing Center no later than 11:00 a.m. for shipping the same day.

USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail rates will be applied based on current USPS shipping rates for those services. Please check with USPS.com for current rates.

Please note that Orders will be shipping by most effective and least expensive way that benefits the customer. Example: if an order fits into a small USPS Flat Rate box then it will be sent via Priority Mail Flat Rate Service and excess shipping charges on regular mail will be refunded to the customer.

Canadian Shipping Rates & Information

Add $9 to the above Standard Delivery Rate. You are responsible for applicable duty and tax charged by Canadian Customs. All prices in US funds.
Packages will be sent First Class Mail unless size prohibits it. Over-sized items will not ship.

International Shipping Rates & Information

All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. The standard shipping rate plus $15 will be charged.  Some countries have a size restriction, please be aware of your countries limitations before ordering. Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Important Information about PayPal and PayPal payments: 

When you have finished with check-out and are ready to proceed to payment, you will be re-directed to PayPal's Secure Web Site. On the left side of the page you will find your Order Summery. This order summery includes your Shipping charges and Tax (if any).

On the right side of the page you will be asked to sign-in to your account (if you have a PayPal account) or if you don't have a PayPal account you will have the option of paying with a Debit or Credit Card on PayPal's Secure Site. Always look for a symbol of a lock (padlock) down at the bottom of your Web Browser to insure that you are on a Secure Web-Site before you enter your username and/or password.

Keep in mind that PayPal prides itself in it's security. PayPal will never send you an E-mail asking you for your username and/or password. All PayPal E-mails sent to you will address you by your First and Last Name. Never as PayPal User or PayPal member.

If you receive an E-mail from PayPal with your first name and Last name on it and you are directed to sign-in to your account, it's probably safe to do so, but I prefer not to use any links on E-mails to sign-in to my account. Instead, open a new browser window and either use your own bookmark for PayPal or just type "paypal.com" to be taken to the PayPal Web-Site. Once you have signed in using this method you should have a message waiting for you if your account requires your attention. If this is not the case, contact PayPal Security immediately through their Web-Site.
