Soft n' Sheer™ cut-away backing is a permanent, textured, non-woven nylon that is ultra soft next to skin. With a fusible, iron on coating, it is 1-1/2 times heavier than regular Soft n' Sheer™. You will iron on this backing before hooping, therefore, your fabric will not distort when you hoop it. Great for any stretchy fabrics and knits.
